About Me
I’m Rosie Kingdon. I’ve spent the last 18 years running my own bakery and café, growing from a market stall to two locations and a team of 15.
I know what it’s like to build a food business, and how easy it is for it to become all-consuming.
I work with independent food and hospitality business owners who are working incredibly hard but not seeing the return that matches the effort.

Most of the time, the issue isn’t effort. It’s clarity.
