About Me
I’m Rosie Kingdon. I’ve spent the last 18 years running my own bakery and café, growing from a market stall to two locations and a team of 15.
I know what it’s like to build a food business, and how easily it can become all-consuming.
I work with independent food and hospitality business owners who are working incredibly hard but not seeing the financial return that matches the effort.
If your business is taking up most of your time but not properly supporting you financially, I can help you understand your numbers and change that.
Most of the time, the issue isn’t effort. It’s clarity.
When you can see what’s actually happening in your business - your margins, your labour, your real profit - it becomes much easier to make decisions that actually improve it.
